What is Therapeutic Massage?
More than simply a relaxation massage, therapeutic massage is about bringing expertise to treat symptoms and ultimately relieve the cause of pain, discomfort or unrest.
Therapeutic massage commonly focuses on clients presenting with specific structural complaints, but can also be used for emotional, spiritual and mental restructuring and realignment as well.
It involves releasing energy stored in muscles and can use deep pressure to release tissue in spasm.
