The Return to Health Method™ is grounded in classical and contemporary homeopathy and informed by miasmatic theory, constitutional case analysis, trauma-informed practice, and systems-based thinking. It provides a clear pathway for understanding why a person remains unwell and how their symptoms, triggers, life events, and deeper constitutional patterns may be connected.

Why the Return to Health Method™ was developed
Many people with chronic or complex health conditions arrive at care after years of searching for answers. They may have seen multiple practitioners, tried several approaches, received conflicting explanations, or been told that their symptoms are unrelated.
The Return to Health Method™ was developed in response to this clinical gap and refined over a decade of clinical practice.
Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, the method asks a deeper question.
What pattern is the body expressing, and what is holding that pattern in place?
This allows the practitioner to move beyond surface-level symptom management and instead assess the full picture of the person. Including physically, mentally, emotionally, environmentally, and constitutionally.
